Returns and Refunds
Products which are not required
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange it for something else. You must return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We may apply a re-stocking charge, depending on the circumstances and we reserve the right not to accept items for return or refund. In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any fault must be made within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Builders Supplies (West Coast) Ltd reserve the right to inspect all returned items before any part-refund, full refund or product exchange takes place. Shortages and Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt of goods. This may be done either by e-mail to , or by calling our sales team on 01253 776600. Please quote your relevant invoice number or delivery number.
All refunds will be made to the account you used to purchase the product and should take no longer than 14 days from the time the refund is processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
